The history of the company started in 1920. Toyo Cork Kogyo Co. was officially registered. That was actually the first name of Mazda brand. At first its plant mainly dealt with producing tools for machines. But it was eventually involved in auto manufacturing industry very fast producing its first ever model called Mazda-Go.
